Open ↗Foods containing the five flavouring substances mentioned in the Annex to this Regulation which are lawfully placed on the market or labelled prior to 9 months after the entry into force of this Regulation which do not comply with Part A of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 may be marketed until their date of minimum durability or use by date.

Open ↗This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
