For the purposes of automated searching of Vehicle Registration Data, Latvia is entitled to receive and supply personal data pursuant to Article 12 of DecisionΒ 2008/615/JHA as from 24 February 2016.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
