Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/85 of 25 January 2016 suspending the submission of applications for the private storage aid for pigmeat provided for in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2334

Article 1

1.   The application of Article 2 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2334 shall be suspended for the period from 27 January 2016 to 2 February 2016. Applications to conclude contracts submitted during this period shall not be accepted.

2.   Applications submitted from 21 January 2016, whose acceptance would have been decided during the period referred to in paragraph 1, shall be rejected.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
