Acceptance of the undertaking in relation to the companies JSC Acron, Veliky Novgorod, Russia and JSC Dorogobuzh, Dorogobuzh, Russia, members of β€˜Acron’ Holding Company concerning imports of ammonium nitrate produced by these companies and sold to the first independent customer in the Union (Taric additional code A532) is hereby withdrawn.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
