Compliance monitoring for transmission-connected distribution facilities
With regard to compliance monitoring of the reactive power requirements applicable to transmission-connected distribution facilities: (a) the transmission-connected distribution facility shall be equipped with necessary equipment to measure the active and reactive power, in accordance with Article 15; and (b) the relevant system operator shall specify the time frame for compliance monitoring.

With regard to compliance monitoring of the reactive power requirements applicable to transmission-connected demand facilities: (a) the transmission-connected demand facility shall be equipped with necessary equipment to measure the active and reactive power, in accordance with Article 15; and (b) the relevant system operator shall specify the time frame for compliance monitoring.
