The provisions of this decision are without prejudice to Decision (EU, Euratom) 2015/443, Decision (EU, Euratom) 2015/444, Regulation (EC) No 45/2001, Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 7 ) , Commission Decision 2002/47/EC, ECSC, Euratom ( 8 ) , Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 883/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 9 ) , Decision 1999/352/EC, ECSC, Euratom.
Repeal and transitional measures
Article 18
Decision C(2006) 3602 of 16 August 2006 is repealed. The implementing rules and IT security standards adopted pursuant to Article 10 of Decision C(2006) 3602 shall remain in effect insofar as they do not conflict with this decision, until they are replaced by the implementing rules and standards to be adopted under Article 13 of this decision. Any reference to Article 10 of Decision C(2006)3602 shall be read as a reference to Article 13 of this decision.
Entry into force
Article 19
This decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
