Transitional provisions

Article 95

1. Information referred to in Article 17(2) of this Regulation, shall be provided to the competent authority at the latest six months before the date referred to in Article 96(2). 2. Information referred to in Article 24(2) of this Regulation shall be provided to the competent authority at the latest six months before the date referred to in Article 96(2). 3. Information referred to in points (j) and (r) of Article 41 and in points (d), (f), (h), (i), and (j) of Article 42(1) of this Regulation shall be provided from the date referred to in Article 96(2).

Entry into force and application

Article 96

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. Article 54 shall apply from the date of entry into force of the delegated acts adopted by the Commission pursuant to Articles 6(5) and 7(15) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014, whichever is the later.
