Amendment to Regulation (EC) No 184/2007

Article 1

In column 2 of the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 184/2007 the name of the holder of authorisation ‘BASF SE’ is replaced by ‘ADDCON’.

Amendment to Regulation (EU) No 104/2010

Article 2

In column 2 of the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 104/2010, the name of the holder of authorisation ‘BASF SE’ is replaced by ‘ADDCON’.

Transitional measures

Article 3

Existing stocks of the additive, premixtures and compound feed containing the additive, which are in conformity with the provisions applying before the date of entry into force of this Regulation may continue to be placed on the market and used until they are exhausted.

Entry into force

Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
