Replanting of orchards

1. Where Member States include in their national strategy the replanting of orchards, following mandatory grubbing-up for health or phytosanitary reasons as referred to in point (e) of the first subparagraph of Article 33(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013, the measures taken shall comply with Council Directive 2000/29/EC ( 12 ) . 2. Replanting of orchards shall not cover more than 20 % of the total expenditure under operational programmes. Member States may decide to set a lower percentage.
