Article 2
Open ↗From 27 January 2018 only cosmetic products which comply with this Regulation shall be placed on the Union market. From 27 April 2018 only cosmetic products which comply with this Regulation shall be made available on the Union market.
Article 3
Open ↗This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
