Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 748/2008 is replaced by the following: βANNEX III List of authorities in Argentina empowered to issue certificates of authenticity Argentina: Ministerio de Agroindustria: for thin skirt originating in Argentina as specified in ArticleΒ 1(3)(a). β
Article 3
In Annex III to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 593/2013, the first indent is replaced by the following: ββ MINISTERIO DE AGROINDUSTRIA: for meat originating in Argentina: (a) meeting the definition in point (c) of Article 1(1); (b) meeting the definition in Article 2(a).β
Article 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 26 June 2017.
