Article 1
The Annex to Regulation (EU) No 231/2012 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Members States.

ANNEX In the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 231/2012, the entry for food additive E 460(i) microcrystalline cellulose as regards its solubility is replaced by the following: ‘Solubility Insoluble in water, ethanol, ether and dilute mineral acids. Practically insoluble or insoluble in sodium hydroxide solution (concentration: 50 g NaOH/L).’
