This Regulation lays down rules for the application of Regulations (EU) No 1306/2013 and (EU) No 1308/2013, respectively, as regards: (a) the scheme of authorisations for vine plantings; (b) certification; (c) the inward and outward register; (d) compulsory declarations; (e) checks and the analytical databank of isotopic data; (f) notifications.
