Replacement and repeal
Regulation (EU) No 1077/2011 is hereby replaced with regard to the Member States bound by this Regulation. Therefore, Regulation (EU) No 1077/2011 is repealed. With regard to the Member States bound by this Regulation, references to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in the Annex to this Regulation.
Entry into force and applicability
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . This Regulation shall apply from 11 December 2018. However point (x) of Article 19(1), points (h) and (i) of Article 24(3) and Article 50(5) of this Regulation, insofar as they refer to the EPPO, and Article 50(1) of this Regulation, insofar as it refers to Regulation (EU) 2017/1939, shall apply from the date determined by the Commission decision provided for in the second subparagraph of Article 120(2) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1939.
