Article 1

The State aid which Slovakia is planning to implement in favour of Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia s.r.o. amounting to a maximum of EUR 125 046 543 in current value and a maximum aid intensity of 9,13 % in gross grant equivalent is compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3)(a) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. Implementation of the aid is accordingly authorised.

Article 2

This decision is addressed to the Slovak Republic.
