Council Decision (EU) 2019/1575 of 16 September 2019 amending Decision 1999/70/EC concerning the external auditors of the national central banks, as regards the external auditors of the Bank Ċentrali ta' Malta/Central Bank of Malta

Article 1

In Article 1 of Decision 1999/70/EC, paragraph 15 is replaced by the following:

‘15.   KPMG are hereby approved as the external auditors of the Bank Ċentrali ta' Malta/Central Bank of Malta for the financial years 2019 to 2025.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall take effect on the date of its notification.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the European Central Bank.
