Article 27

1. Member States shall ensure that the label ‘European Covered Bond’ and its official translation in all official languages of the Union is used only for covered bonds which meet the requirements laid down in the provisions of national law transposing this Directive. 2. Member States shall ensure that the label ‘European Covered Bond (Premium)’ and its official translation in all official languages of the Union is used only for covered bonds which meet the requirements laid down in the provisions of national law transposing this Directive and which meet the requirements of Article 129 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/2160 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 19 ) .
