Article 1

This Regulation lays down rules supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 concerning protected designations of origin, protected geographical indications and traditional terms, in addition to labelling and presentation in the wine sector as regards: (a) applications for protection; (b) the objection procedure; (c) restrictions of use of protected designation of origin and protected geographical indications (d) amendments to product specifications and modifications of traditional terms; (e) cancellation of protection; (f) labelling and presentation.
