This Regulation lays down rules for the application of Regulations (EU) No 1306/2013 and (EU) No 1308/2013 respectively, concerning protected designations of origin, protected geographical indications and traditional terms, in the wine sector, as regards: (a) applications for protection; (b) the objection procedure; (c) amendments to product specifications and modifications of traditional terms; (d) the register; (e) cancellation of protection; (f) the use of Union symbols; (g) the checks; (h) communications.
