Financing and budget of the Network Manager
Article 25
1. Member States shall take the necessary measures to fund the tasks entrusted to the Network Manager through air navigation charges. 2. The Network Manager shall establish its costs in a clear and transparent manner. 3. The Network Manager shall establish the budget that is: (a) adequate to meet its performance targets in accordance with the Network Performance Plan referred to in point (b) of Article 7(2); (b) adequate to implement its work programme referred to in point (j) of Article 7(1); (c) set in separate accounts in situations where the body appointed to act as the Network Manager also performs tasks other than those referred to in Article 7.
