Repeals

1. The following Regulations are repealed: (a) Regulation (EC) No 811/2004; (b) Regulation (EC) No 2166/2005; (c) Regulation (EC) No 388/2006; (d) Regulation (EC) No 509/2007; (e) Regulation (EC) No 1300/2008. 2. References made to the repealed Regulations shall be construed as references to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
