Restrictions for certain fresh meat

Article 47

The official veterinarian may impose requirements concerning the use of fresh meat derived from animals: (a) that have undergone emergency slaughter outside the slaughterhouse; or (b) from flocks where a treatment of the meat is applied in accordance with Part E of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 2160/2003 before the meat is placed on the market.
