Article 1

1.   The position to be taken on behalf of the Union in the first meeting of the Joint Committee set up by Article 22 of the Common Aviation Area Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and Georgia, of the other part, with regard to the adoption of the rules of procedure of the Joint Committee, shall be based on the draft Decision of the Joint Committee  ( 3 ) .

2.   Minor changes to the draft Decision of the Joint Committee may be agreed to by the representatives of the Union within the Joint Committee without a further decision of the Council.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
