Article 1

For the period from 2021 to 2030, the Member States’ auction shares referred to in Article 3d(3) and Article 10(2) of Directive 2003/87/EC are set out in the Annexes to this decision as follows:

(a)

Annex I: Member States’ auction shares of the allowances issued pursuant to Chapter III of Directive 2003/87/EC;

(b)

Annex II: Member States’ auction shares of the allowances issued pursuant to Chapter II of Directive 2003/87/EC.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
