Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 692/2011 is amended as follows: In Section 3, point βE. Countries and geographical areasβ, is amended as follows: (1) the third indent is replaced as follows: ββ other European countries (apart from EU or EFTA; not including the United Kingdom, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine),β; (2) the following indent is inserted before ββ Russia,β: ββ the United Kingdom,β.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and shall apply from the reference year 2020 and onwards.
