Article 1 Correction to Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1119

In point 4.2.2 of the Annex to Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1119, the Formula 9 is replaced by the following:

Article 2 Correction to Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1339

In point 6 of the Annex to Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1339, the text: ‘MT is the minimum threshold equal to 1 g CO 2 /km’ is replaced by the following:

‘MT is the minimum threshold equal to 0,5 g CO 2 /km’

Article 3 Entry into force

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
