Transitional provisions
Article 16
1. This Decision shall not affect the continuation or modification of the actions concerned under Decision 2013/743/EU, which shall continue to apply to those actions until their closure. Where necessary, any remaining tasks of the Committee established by Decision 2013/743/EU shall be undertaken by the Committee referred to in Article 14 of this Decision. 2. The financial envelope for the Specific Programme may also cover technical and administrative assistance expenses necessary to ensure the transition between the Specific Programme and the measures adopted under its predecessor Decision 2013/743/EU.
Entry into force
Article 17
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2021. This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
