Article 1

The Decision of the Supply Agency of the European Atomic Energy Community of 15 January 2021 adopting Agency Rules determining the manner in which demand is to be balanced against the supply of ores, source materials and special fissile materials, and repealing the Rules of the Supply Agency of the European Atomic Energy Community of 5 May 1960 is hereby approved.

Article 2

This Decision shall take effect on 1 July 2021.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Supply Agency of the European Atomic Energy Community. It shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union .
