This Decision is addressed to the group of organisers of the European citizens’ initiative entitled ‘SAVE CRUELTY-FREE COSMETICS - COMMIT TO A EUROPE WITHOUT ANIMAL TESTING’, represented by Ms Sabrina ENGEL and Mr Cezary WYSZYŃSKI acting as contact persons.
