Entry into force and application

Article 17

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Title I shall apply from 28 June 2021. Title II shall apply as of 1 June 2021 as regards the disclosures in accordance with Article 437a and point (h) of Article 447 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, and as of the date of application of the disclosure requirements in accordance with the third subparagraph of Article 3(1) of Directive (EU) 2019/879, as regards the disclosures in accordance with Article 45i(3) of Directive 2014/59/EU.
