The title of Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 is replaced by the following: ‘ Council Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 of 18 July 2005 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo ’.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
