Council Decision (CFSP) 2022/450 of 18 March 2022 amending Decision 2011/173/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Article 1

Decision 2011/173/CFSP is amended as follows:

(1)

Article 3(1) is replaced by the following:

‘1.   The Council, acting by unanimity upon a proposal by a Member State or the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, shall establish and amend the list in the Annex.’;

(2)

the second paragraph of Article 6 is replaced by the following:

‘This Decision shall apply until 31 March 2024.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
