Council Decision (EU) 2022/1007 of 20 June 2022 on the conclusion on behalf of the Union of the Partnership Agreement on Relations and Cooperation between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and New Zealand, of the other part

Article 1

The Partnership Agreement on Relations and Cooperation between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and New Zealand, of the other part is hereby approved on behalf of the Union  ( 3 ) .

Article 2

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in Article 58(1) of the Agreement  ( 4 ) .

Article 3

The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy shall co-chair the Joint Committee provided for in Article 53 of the Agreement.

The Union or, as the case may be, the Union and the Member States, shall be represented in the Joint Committee, depending on the subject matter.

Article 4

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
