Council Decision (EU) 2022/1640 of 20 September 2022 amending Decision 1999/70/EC concerning the external auditors of the national central banks, as regards the external auditors of De Nederlandsche Bank

Article 1

In Article 1 of Decision 1999/70/EC, paragraph 8 is replaced by the following:

‘8.   KPMG Accountants N.V. are hereby approved as the external auditors of De Nederlandsche Bank for the financial years 2023 to 2025.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall take effect on the date of its notification.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the European Central Bank.
