Article 1

The Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Union and the Republic of Mauritius concerning the extension of the Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and the financial contribution provided for by the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Mauritius is hereby approved on behalf of the Union.

Article 2

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in point (10) of the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters.  ( 4 )

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
