Article 1 Average specific CO 2 emissions per manufacturer

The average specific CO 2 emissions per manufacturer, as referred to in Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1242, in the reporting period of the year 2020, are indicated in the second column of the table of the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2 Zero- and low-emission factor per manufacturer

The zero- and low-emission factor per manufacturer, as referred to in Article 5(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1242, in the reporting period of the year 2020, is indicated in the third column of the table of the Annex to this Decision.

Article 3 CO 2 emissions reduction trajectory and emissions credits per manufacturer

The CO 2 emissions reduction trajectory and the emission credits per manufacturer, as referred to in Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1242, in the reporting period of the year 2020, are indicated in the fourth and fifth columns, respectively, of the table of the Annex to this Decision.

Article 4 Average specific CO 2 emissions of all new heavy-duty vehicles

The average specific CO 2 emissions of all new heavy-duty vehicles registered in the Union in the reporting period of the year 2020, as calculated by applying the formula of Annex I, point 2.7, to Regulation (EU) 2019/1242 taking into account the new heavy-duty vehicles of all manufacturers, is: 52,46 g/tkm.
