Fishing authorisations

Article 20

1.   The maximum numbers of fishing authorisations for Union fishing vessels in third-country waters, where applicable, are set out in Part A of Annex V. 2.   Where one Member State transfers quota to another in the fishing areas set out in Part A of Annex V to this Regulation in accordance with Article 16(8) of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013, the transfer shall include an appropriate transfer of fishing authorisations and be notified to the Commission. The total number of authorisations for each fishing area, as set out in Part A of Annex V to this Regulation, shall not be exceeded.
