Regulation (EU) No 649/2012 is amended as follows: (a) Annex I is replaced by the text in Annex I to this Regulation; (b) Annex V is replaced by the text in Annex II to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 July 2022.
ANNEX I ‘ANNEX I LIST OF CHEMICALS (referred to in Article 7) PART 1 List of chemicals subject to export notification procedure (referred to in Article 8) It should be noted that where chemicals listed in this part of the Annex are subject to the PIC procedure, the export notification obligations set out in Article 8(2), (3) and (4) shall not apply provided that the conditions laid down in Article 8(6), first subparagraph, points (b) and (c), have been fulfilled. Such chemicals, which are identified by the symbol ‘#’ in the list below, are listed again in Part 3 of this Annex for ease of reference. It should also be noted that where the chemicals listed in this part of the Annex qualify for PIC notification because of the nature of the Union’s final regulatory action, those chemicals are also listed in Part 2 of this Annex.
