Article 1

Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2021/954 is replaced by the following:

‘Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

It shall apply from 1 July 2021 for as long as Regulation (EU) 2021/953 is applicable.’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
