Article 1

Annexes II and IV to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/2002 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX

Annexes II and IV to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/2002 are amended as follows:

(1)

Annex II is amended as follows:

(a)

point 8 is replaced by the following:

‘8.

Region and geographical location of the outbreak. For all category A diseases as defined in Article 1, point (1), of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1882, indicate if the outbreak occurred in a location already subject to restrictions following the establishment of restricted zones for the same category A disease in accordance with Articles 64, 70, 71, 257, 258 or 259 of Regulation (EU) 2016/429.’;

(b)

point 15 is replaced by the following:

‘15.

Date of completion of the preliminary cleaning and disinfection following an outbreak in kept animals of any category A disease as defined in Article 1, point (1), of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1882.’;

in Annex IV, the table is amended as follows:

(a)

the heading is replaced by the following heading with related footnote:
