This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Chapters I and II, Chapter III, Sections 3 and 4, and Chapter IV shall apply from 1 January 2022. Chapter III, Sections 1 and 2, shall apply from 16 October 2021. Chapter III, Section 5, shall apply from 1 August 2021.
