UN Regulation No 90 shall apply for the purposes of making available on the market or entering into service of the following:
(a)
new replacement brake lining assemblies for vehicle types of the following categories:
(i)
categories M 1 with a permissible maximum laden mass not exceeding 3,5 tonnes, M 2 with a permissible maximum laden mass not exceeding 3,5 tonnes, N 1 , O 1 and O 2 , for which vehicle type-approval is granted in accordance with UN Regulations No 13 or No 13-H after 7 April 1998;
(ii)
categories M 1 with a permissible maximum laden mass exceeding 3,5 tonnes, M 2 with a permissible maximum laden mass exceeding 3,5 tonnes, M 3 , N 2 , N 3 , O 3 and O 4 , for which vehicle type-approval is granted in accordance with UN Regulations No 13 or No 13-H after 1 November 2014;
(b)
new replacement brake discs and drums for vehicle types of the following categories:
(i)
categories M 1 and N 1 , for which vehicle type-approval is granted in accordance with UN Regulations No 13 or No 13-H after 1 November 2016;
(ii)
categories O 1 and O 2 , for which vehicle type-approval is granted in accordance with UN Regulation No 13 after 1 November 2016;
(c)
new replacement brake discs for vehicle types of categories M 2 , M 3 , N 2 , N 3 , O 3 and O 4 , for which vehicle type-approval is granted in accordance with UN Regulation No 13 after 1 November 2014;
