Council Regulation (EU) 2022/1848 of 4 October 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 692/2014 concerning restrictive measures in response to the illegal annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol

Article 1

Regulation (EU) No 692/2014 is amended as follows:

(1)

in Article 1, point (e), the words ‘the Annex’ are replaced by ‘Annex I’;

(2)

in Article 9(1) and (3), the words ‘the Annex’ are replaced by ‘Annex I’;

(3)

in Article 9, the following paragraph is added:

‘4.   The Commission shall be empowered to amend Annex I on the basis of information supplied by Member States.’;

(4)

Annex I is replaced by the text appearing in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
