Article 1 Prohibition of pests

The pests listed in the Annex shall not be introduced into, moved within, or held, multiplied or released in the Union territory.

Article 2 Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

It shall apply until 31 May 2027.
