Article 1

Annex XV of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation. That amendment shall apply in respect of one or several of the entities set out therein from 25 June 2024, provided that the Council, having examined the respective cases of those entities, so decides by implementing act.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX In Annex XV to Regulation (EU) No 833/2014, the following entities are added: ‘Voice of Europe RIA Novosti Izvestija Rossiiskaja Gazeta’.
