Council Regulation (EU) 2024/1428 of 17 May 2024 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine

Article 1

Annex XV of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation. That amendment shall apply in respect of one or several of the entities set out therein from 25 June 2024, provided that the Council, having examined the respective cases of those entities, so decides by implementing act.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
