1.   The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1784 is amended as follows: ‘Alnan Aluminium Inc. C616’ is replaced by ‘ALG Aluminium Inc. C616’ 2.   TARIC additional code C616 previously attributed to Alnan Aluminium Inc. shall apply to ALG Aluminium Inc., as of 7 June 2022. Any definitive duty paid on imports of products manufactured by ALG Aluminium Inc. in excess of the anti-dumping duty established in Article 1 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1784 as regards Alnan Aluminium Inc. shall be repaid or remitted in accordance with the applicable customs legislation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
