Review of the designation

Open ↗The designation as a Union testing facility referred to in Articles 1 and 2 of this Decision shall be reviewed in accordance with Article 2 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1267 by 24 April 2028, and every 5 years thereafter.
Entry into force
Article 4
Open ↗This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
