Review of the designation

Article 3

The designation as a Union testing facility referred to in Articles 1 and 2 of this Decision shall be reviewed in accordance with Article 2 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1267 by 24 April 2028, and every 5 years thereafter.
