Amendment

Article 1

Article 5 of Decision ECB/2010/4 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 5 Remuneration The account maintained with the ECB in the name of the Lenders shall be remunerated in accordance with the provisions of Article 2(1) of Decision (EU) 2019/1743 of the European Central Bank (ECB/2019/31) ( *1 ) .

Entry into force

Article 2

1. This Decision shall enter into force on the fifth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. It shall apply from 1 May 2023.
