Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/941 of 2 May 2023 on harmonised standards for personal protective equipment drafted in support of Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance)
Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/668 is repealed.
Communication 2018/C 209/03 is repealed.
However, it shall continue to apply in respect of the references of harmonised standards listed in Annex II to this Decision until the dates of withdrawal of those references set out in that Annex.
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
